Focus areas Five areas

Digital procurement, commerce, payment and AI.

I work where business model, technology and partners come together. My goal is IT investments that pay off measurably in revenue, margin and speed.

01 Procurement

Digital procurement

Procurement is an often underestimated lever for margin. I transfer experience from digital sales to purchasing, meaning platforms, marketplace logic and clean data flows into the ERP.

  • Procurement platforms

B2B platforms and catalogs bundle demand and simplify ordering. Here I draw on my experience from programs with Mirakl and Spryker.

  • Supplier onboarding

New suppliers are added and checked in clear, scalable steps, much like sellers on a marketplace.

  • Purchase-to-pay and ERP

Ordering, goods receipt, invoicing and payment run end to end and are connected to SAP, order management and payment processes.

02 Payment

Payment and unified commerce

Payments are more than a technical interface, they are part of how a company is steered. I connect checkout, finance processes and reporting into one end-to-end system.

  • Choosing a payment provider

I compare providers such as Mollie, Adyen and Stripe on cost, coverage, suitability for marketplaces and integration effort.

  • Checkout and omnichannel

Online shop, stores and marketplace use the same payment processes, for example with Stripe Unified Commerce or Adyen.

  • Adyen Balance Platform

I support the migration, align the processes with the ERP and set up dashboards that let management steer in real time.

03 Marketplaces

Marketplaces and composable commerce

A marketplace lets the assortment grow without additional inventory. What matters are the architecture, the processes for sellers and a rollout that can be repeated.

  • Choosing the platform

Whether Mirakl, Spryker, Shopware or Emporix fits depends on the business model, existing systems and the planned launch date.

  • Seller onboarding and KYC

New sellers go through a scalable know-your-customer check and are ready to start quickly.

  • Rollouts in several countries

With a template based on a cloud integration, the marketplace goes live one country at a time.

04 AI

Artificial intelligence in procurement, service and projects

AI pays off where it takes over routine work and speeds up decisions. I take a pragmatic approach and clarify the use case first, then the technology.

  • Workshops for decision makers

In workshops based on Google Cloud, we derive concrete and prioritized use cases from existing data.

  • Automating requests and documents

AI pre-reads emails and documents and triggers the right processes, such as delivery time information, quotes or complaints.

  • AI in projects

Fixed-price projects become economical when AI helps with analysis, delivery, testing and documentation.

05 Advisory

Transformation and advisory

Good transformation starts with a clear decision and does not end when the new system goes live. I support both phases.

  • Strategy and target picture

I analyze the starting point, build the business case and anchor target architecture and roadmap at management level.

  • Platform and partner selection

I assess vendors independently, structure tenders and make offers comparable.

  • Program management

I lead cross-functional teams of up to 50 people, report openly and check after launch whether the goals were met.
